We built Campaign Comply to make navigating the compliance process easier, so you can focus on community organizing and winning campaigns, not paperwork.

Clark is an election attorney with decades of experience in California politics, from statewide party operations to national, state, and local campaigns. He brings both the legal grounding and the real-world perspective candidates and committees need to navigate compliance requirements.

Nick Warshaw, former attorney for Olson Remcho LLP, and Clark Lee, former political director for the California Democratic Party, report having launched Campaign Comply, a “California campaign compliance platform designed to help first-time local candidates, small campaigns, political committees, and political clubs navigate campaign finance compliance requirements.” The two state the platform “harnesses cutting-edge artificial intelligence-assisted technology, coupled with human verification processes, to tailor the platform for campaigns and organizations that need affordable and practical compliance support to meet jurisdiction-specific requirements.”

Features include “step-by-step checklists and tools for launching a campaign or starting a political committee; navigating ongoing compliance on when, what, and where to file required forms; and generating custom campaign communication disclaimers in California Fair Political Practices Commission-regulated formats.” Full services are $49.99 a month, while the free version includes “FPPC educational guides” and five questions a day in the platform’s “interactive compliance guide.”
